Method
Choose a domain name
STEP 1
A domain name is the easy-to-remember name for a website on the internet — like google.com or netflix.com. Ideally, the domain name you choose describes your business is some way.
A domain name typically ends with a .com, .ca or .org etc. For a local business operating within Canada we recommend choosing a domain name that ends with .ca
STEP 2
Choose a website template
A website template is a pre-made website design that you can customize instead of building a website from scratch. We have a large selection of templates for you to choose that best represent your business and the overall style you are looking for.
Don’t worry if you don’t find a perfect match, we will modify any template you choose with images and text related to your business.
STEP 3
Tell us about your business
We will ask you to fill out a simple form that provides us with some basic information about your business and what you would like displayed on your new website.
For example; there may some specific text or images you would displayed. Or you may also have specific instructions on how you would like your customers to contact you etc.
STEP 4
We get to work
Our experienced website team now combines all of the ingredients and ensures all of the images and text look perfect on your new website.
We also organize your domain name, email addresses and host the site it so its ready for you to preview and approve before going live.
STEP 5
Ready for your approval
Once we have put everything together, we will send you a preview link. The preview will show you exactly what your new website will look like.
Now is the time to ask us to make any final adjustments. Then once you are 100% happy with the website, we will test everything works and then make it live.
